By using our website, app, EV charging stations, platform, or services, you agree that we may collect, use, store and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Personal information we collect
We may collect personal information from you when you visit our website, create an account, use the Wilbest app or EV charging platform, start or complete a charging session, make a payment, purchase Credits, request a refund, contact our support team, request a quote, purchase equipment, arrange installation, or communicate with us.
The types of personal information we may collect include:
Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, address, company name, and other contact details.
Account information: your username, password, account settings, app preferences, linked vehicles, RFID cards or other charging identifiers, fleet account details, and authorised users linked to your account.
Charging information: charging station used, charging session start and end time, energy consumed, charging duration, idle time, charging status, fault logs, connector type, payment or Credit usage, tariff applied, receipts, invoices, and support records.
Vehicle and technical information: vehicle make or model if provided by you, charging connector information, charger compatibility information, device identifiers, IP address, browser type, operating system, app version, location data related to charging stations, and technical logs.
Payment and Credit information: payment method type, transaction references, Credit top-up amounts, Credit balance, refund requests, receipts, billing history, and payment status. We do not store full credit card numbers where payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.
Installation and service information: site address, property access details, electrical information, photos or documents you provide for site assessment, installation notes, maintenance records, and warranty or support details.
Marketing and communication information: your preferences for receiving updates, offers, newsletters, surveys, and other communications from us.
2. How we collect personal information

Directly from you: when you submit a form, create an account, use our app, top up Credits, start a charging session, contact us, purchase products, request installation, or ask for support.
Automatically through our systems: when you use our website, app, charging stations, EV charging platform, payment systems, or support tools.
From third parties: including payment providers, site owners, fleet administrators, installers, contractors, technology providers, roaming or charging platform providers, and business partners where necessary to provide our services.

Provide, operate and improve our website, app, EV charging platform and EV charging services.
Create, manage and verify your account.
Enable you to find charging stations, start and stop charging sessions, monitor charging activity, and receive receipts.
Process Credit top-ups, payments, invoices, refunds, adjustments and account balances.
Authenticate charging sessions through app, QR code, RFID, vehicle identification, fleet account or other approved methods.

4. Payment processing and Credits
If you purchase Credits or make a payment through our app, website or payment system, payment information may be collected and processed by a third-party payment provider. We may receive limited payment information such as payment status, transaction reference, payment method type and receipt information.
Wilbest does not normally store full credit card numbers. You should refer to the relevant payment provider’s privacy and security terms for more information about how your payment details are processed.
5. Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools and similar technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, understand website performance, improve user experience, and support marketing or advertising activities.
