The Autel DS480 Distribution Charging Unit is a high-power DC charging system designed for large-scale EV charging locations that require strong performance, flexible output distribution, and future scalability. With an output power range of 160–480kW per DS480 unit, it can be expanded to 960kW with two units or up to 1440kW with three units, making it suitable for public charging hubs, commercial fleet depots, highway charging stations, and heavy-duty EV charging environments.
The system supports multiple dispenser configurations and can provide charging through CCS2 and high-power charging options, depending on site requirements and final configuration. With up to 96% peak efficiency, OCPP communication, ISO 15118 support, and multiple connectivity options, the DS480 is designed for professional, scalable, and future-ready charging infrastructure.
